Dear Home owner
International homeowners (and guests) visiting the USA from January 12th 2009
will now need to comply with changes from the US Homeland Security Department to
the Visa Waiver Program which require pre-authorization of their passports and
travel documentation.
Following the appearance of a number of ”phishing” websites that are potentially
designed to steal personal ID information from people – or to charge them for a
free service - We thought that this email may help those owners by directing
them to the official (FREE) site administered by the Department of Homeland
Security.
From 12th January 2009 International travelers who are seeking to travel to the
United States under the Visa Waiver Program are now subject to enhanced security
requirements. All eligible travelers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver
Program must apply for authorization using the following process:

The website address to complete your application is
https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/. The site provides the
necessary on-line forms and a step by step guide, together with lots of helpful
advice for international travelers.
Please note that ESTA does not apply to US domestic home owners.
If you have an Owner booking for an international guest travelling to the US
after 12th January, we recommend that you provide them with the above
information to avoid possible problems on entry to the USA (or prior to
departure at their origination airport).
